QGel has conducted several tests to ensure the efficacy of QGel products, paying special attention to the QGel Matrix.

According to QGel Quality Control tests, QGel products can be stored at room temperature for up to 8 consecutive days without affecting the efficacy of the products. Additional tests are being conducted to test the influence time and temperature over longer periods of time.

There may be a slight decrease in gelation time, ie. gelation may occure in 5 minutes instead of 7 minutes, however no data to date has shown any detrimental effect on cell proliferation and cell viability.

Although the data has shown that QGel is stable for at least 8 days above room-temperature, QGel is shipped using a priority service (FedEx, DHL etc...) to minimize the transit time to the customer. Upon reception of the package, please put immediately QGel MT 3D Matrix powder in a -20°C freezer and QGel Buffer in the fridge (ca. +4°C).
