QGel™ MT 3D Matrix powder is best stored around -20°C  (-25°C to -18°C) while Buffer A is best stored between +2 °C to +8°C .

If you accidentally freeze the Buffer, this will not affect the performance of the product. You will only need to wait an hour or two for it to thaw and reach room temperature before using it.

When QGel™ MT 3D Matrix is stored at proper temperature condition, the shelf-life is 3 years from the date of manufacture. Please see the printed expiry date on the vial for the exact expiry date of your vial.
