This depends on the volume of each gel disc. Normally it is 30 uL to 60 uL volume per gel disc. This results in ca. 16 to 8 gels per vial of QGel™ MT 3D Matrix (total volume 500 uL).

Furthermore, we would like to let you know that Gel™ has prepared a table to help you design your experiment with QGel™ products.
